Frederica Rogers, LMSW

Frederica Rogers is a Therapist at Courageous Healing. She was born and raised on the south side of Fort Wayne, IN. With over 10 years of experience in the field of social work, Derica utilizes a culturally sensitive lens along with evidence-based practices to assist her client to live fully as their authentic selves. She has gained a wide range of experience and knowledge, from working with children, the elderly, and everything in between to working with people who are living with addictions and mental illnesses.

As a therapist at Courageous Healing Inc., Frederica is excited to continue working with different populations. She specializes in working with adolescent and young adult female clients in both individual and group settings. Frederica uses trauma-informed care to help clients navigate and tackle their childhood traumas and everyday stressors.

In her free time, Frederica enjoys traveling, watching romance movies, hanging out with friends, and spending time with her family. Frederica is very family-oriented and loves any one-on-one time she can get with her niece and nephew. When Frederica is not working, you can find her in her own world, listening to music while painting or cuddling up on the couch, binge-watching Netflix or Hulu.
