"My path to this work was not a straight line — it started with a curious mind and a lot of questions about people and the world we live in. Why do we hurt the way we do? How do we heal — and how does the world around us shape our ability to heal? Those questions grew into a journey full of powerful stories, hard truths, and a lasting appreciation for how identity, culture, and trauma shape who we are.

Dayla Robinson

Dayla Robinson, LCSW, is a Licensed Therapist and Clinical Supervisor at Courageous Healing. With over 15 years of experience across schools, nonprofits, and community mental health settings, she has built her practice on a foundational belief: healing happens in context, shaped by every layer of a person's world. That same commitment extends to the clinicians she supervises, supporting their growth through licensure and beyond.

Dayla creates space that feels genuinely safe — not because hard things are avoided, but because they're held carefully. She pays close attention and asks the questions that matter most. Clients often describe feeling both deeply seen and gently challenged. That combination, she believes, is where change lives.

Originally from the Chicago-land area, Dayla now calls Fort Wayne home. When she's not in therapist mode, you can catch her with loved ones, trying new recipes, gardening, wandering through new cities, or getting lost in a creative project.
