Cristina Jiménez, LMHC

Cristina Jiménez is a bilingual (English, Spanish) Licensed Therapist at Courageous Healing. She was born in California but raised on the South Side of Fort Wayne, IN. She uses a culturally sensitive and trauma-informed lens to understand her clients and their experiences. Over the years, she has developed her skills and knowledge base while working alongside people from all walks of life.

Today Cristina specializes in working with adolescents and adults in individual and group settings. She has a wide range of experience working with people who have experienced significant trauma and individuals struggling with life changes. As a therapist at Courageous Healing, Cristina uses a holistic approach to understand each client and tailor care based on their individual challenges. She strongly believes in assisting clients in developing resilience and a deeper understanding of themselves to empower them.

In her free time, you can find her enacting her own version of carpool karaoke, binge-watching tv shows, going on walks (or Target runs), or planning game nights with her children, ages 9, 6, and 4. She also enjoys traveling, journaling, reading a book or listening to an audiobook/podcast, and spending quality time with friends or family.
